Hi, I’m Kelly —

I help women reclaim their vitality, intuition, and wild nature - in rhythm with their bodies and the living Earth.

Embody the wild. Honor the divine.

What I Do

I help women move through burnout, overwhelm, and hormonal imbalance into energy, vitality, and self-trust — through integrative nourishment, cyclical living, and tools that honor their unique energetic design.

Who I Support

Women who are:
• Disconnected from their bodies and exhausted by constant “pushing through”
• Navigating identity shifts — motherhood, transitions, rediscovery
• Craving stability, ease, and a way of living that feels like their own

How We Work Together

• Hormone-supportive nourishment + rhythm restoration
Nervous system regulation + grounded alignment practices
• Astrology + Human Design for clarity and aligned decision-making

What Changes

More energy, emotional steadiness, and self-trust
Hormonal harmony + connection to your body’s cues
• A life designed around what truly supports you
• A return to the woman you are becoming — vibrant, steady, alive

You deserve to feel at home in yourself again.

A Journey of Reclamation

My journey has been an ongoing return.

A return to who I came here to be — before conditioning and social influence.
A return to my body.
A return to my inner authority.
A return to my truth.

For years, I have been building slowly, brick by brick.
Intentional. Strategic. Devoted to cultivating the steady foundation from which I live, serve, and create.

I have formed deep relationships with the same forests, fields, and stretches of coastline. As life expanded with motherhood, homeschooling, work, and responsibility, these places remained constant.

Steady anchors.
Places to process, grieve, rejoice, and reconnect to what hums beneath the surface.

There was a time when I lived almost entirely above ground — moving quickly, responding to expectations, tending to everyone around me while slowly losing myself.

From the outside, life appeared normal. But internally, something within me was quietly eroding. Like a plant cut off from the conditions it needed to thrive, I could feel myself conserving energy, withdrawing inward, protecting what remained.

My energy.
My clarity.
My sense of belonging.

Seven years ago, I ended my relationship with alcohol. Motherhood and sobriety became catalysts for the deepest inner work of my life. In recent years, I was brought face to face with parts of myself I could no longer bypass.

In meeting my shadow directly, I came to understand that healing does not happen through force. It happens through the creation of the right conditions.

In nature, roots grow slowly and invisibly at first. They anchor, stabilize, and draw nourishment from deep within the Earth. Without strong roots, nothing sustainable can grow.

Through this process, I came to recognize a biological truth in how I move through the world:

I am unmistakably a roots person.

My instinct has never been to scatter outward, but to deepen. To invest slowly and intentionally. To tend the mycelial network beneath the surface — each thread interconnected, building the living soil from which my life and work grow.

I am drawn not to what is fleeting, but to what endures. To what strengthens over time. To what sustains life at its foundation.

Everything I create grows from this place.

I have always loved winter — a season often misunderstood, yet essential. A preservation of energy. A quiet turning inward.

While much of the world appears dormant above, something far more important is taking place below ground. Energy is conserved. Resources are redirected. Foundations fortify in preparation for future growth.

It is in these quieter seasons that the most meaningful transformation occurs.

And from strong roots, aliveness returns.
Confidence. Radiance. Joy.
The gentle coherence of body, heart, and spirit aligned.

I stopped trying to become someone more acceptable or accessible. Instead, I returned to who I have always been beneath the layers of conditioning and survival.

A woman who invests slowly and deliberately.
A woman who honors integrity, presence, and truth.
A woman who remains deeply connected to her sense of childlike wonder.

Today, my work is devoted to helping others reconnect with their own internal foundation and inherent energetic architecture — to regulate the nervous system, restore trust in the body, and create the conditions where clarity and authentic expression can naturally emerge.

Because true transformation does not come from pushing harder.

It comes from rooting deeper.

This is the soil from which Cosmic Roots grows.

The Heart Behind Cosmic Roots

Hi, I’m Kelly — forest loving, snow romping, beach cruising, starchild! I am forever enchanted by the magic of existence and this beautiful planet we call home.

A devoted mama to two brilliant boys who teach me daily what it means to love fiercely, live fully, and stay rooted in what truly matters.

In Tropical astrology my big 6 are: Sagittarius Sun, Libra Moon, Libra rising, Mercury Sagittarius, Venus Capricorn and Mars Scorpio. (North node in Pisces + midheaven in Cancer, if you like to geek out like me :))

In True Sky astrology, I have a stellium in Ophiuchus, the mystical 13th zodiac.

Music, movement, laughter, and the living Earth have always been my greatest medicine.

I was raised on classic and alt rock —
a Deadhead with folk and blues in my roots,
with a soft spot for metal,
and a deep devotion to rhythm in all its forms — from golden-era hip-hop to lush instrumentals: cinematic scores, classical + neoclassical ambient soundscapes, and the soulful, beat-driven world where jazz, trip-hop, and electronica meet.

Deep + progressive house is woven into my core — a pulse, a portal, a rhythm I’ve always returned to.

Music with bass, poetry, distortion, and soul… that’s my language.

Things that stoke my inner fire:

❁ strength training, running, yoga, snowboarding + surfing
❁ tracking animals, reading landscapes, following the quiet language of the wild
❁ foraging, gardening + cooking seasonal, nourishing foods
❁ vibing in a sea of live music
❁ communing with plants + animals — especially dogs :)
❁ spending unhurried, quality time with my family + close friends
❁ traveling + exploring

I am a woman of paradox - a forest mystic with NYC grit in her bones. New York was the first place I lived on my own… a place that initiated me into adulthood and shaped me in ways I continue to carry.

While I value deep conversations, attentive listening, and authentic human connection, I equally honor solitude, silence, and protecting the integrity of my energy. I believe it is important to stay soft and open, while at the same time having firm boundaries, much like my beloved Rosa Multiflora.

I am endlessly curious. I love to learn, to study, to investigate the living systems that shape health, consciousness, and our cosmic nature ~ and I equally love to play. To dance in the kitchen. To wander barefoot. To say yes to spontaneous adventure.

I believe vitality isn’t built through discipline alone ~ it’s cultivated through joy.

In astrology, my chart reflects a life devoted to truth, depth, beauty, and transformation - themes that have shaped both my healing and my work.

In Human Design, I am a 1/3 Splenic Projector - here to guide through intuitive knowing and lived experience rather than force.

All of these systems are simply languages I use to understand the architecture of life.

Beneath them all is something simpler: a remembering that we are living, breathing expressions of love - rooted in both earth and sky.

Life is art.
We are here to live it fully —
wild-hearted, awake,
and in rhythm with the great river of life.
